Frauke Watson was born in 1959 in Lauenburg/Germany. She graduated from the Freie Universität Berlin in 1986 with an M.A. in American and Scandinavian Studies. From 1986-1991 she lived in Hamburg and worked in advertising. After three years in San Diego, California, she now lives to the South of France with her English husband and two daughters. She has worked as a translator for over 20 years, translating from five languages into English and German.

Michaela Wagner was born in Wiesbaden/Germany in 1981. As far as she remembers, she had always wanted to be an animator. So after graduating from Kerschensteiner Schule, she went on a two year internship with Upstart!Animation located in her home town. From 2002-2003, she attended Animation School Hamburg. She lives in Hamburg as a free-lance animator and illustrator. Her work on Animation features includes "Adam, Eve and the Serpent", "Lillifee", "Lissy und der wilde Kaiser", "Die 3 Räuber."
